1. Why does my remote control not work?
A: The battery used by the remote control (button lithium battery 3V CR1632 200mA) is low in power,battery life is about 2 years for normal use. If the remote control is found to be insensitive or ineffective, please replace it with a new battery, which does not require a new pairing.

3. Do you support Samples?
